Parshandata is an advanced search engine for Tanakh that was created by Yosef Ginsberg (engine)
and Nosson Frankel (interface).
Most platforms let you search for words, phrases, or books. Our platform lets you search in entirely new ways.
You can find pesukim and words based on patterns in the Hebrew itself — including nekuddot, trup, letter combinations, word forms, and how these elements appear together.
This opens up a new way to explore Tanach: not just searching for what a verse says, but for how it is written, read, and chanted.
Powerful enough for serious research, but simple enough to use like a regular search bar. Learn more
We hope to continue to expand this project to include other Tanakh-based research tools, and
constantly update and improve the current apparatus. To facilitate this, if you find Parshandata
particularly helpful or inspiring, please consider expressing your appreciation by donating to
the project!
